KWETIAU SEAFOOD
Ingredients:
- 250 g prawn
- 3 s oil
- 5 pc garlic (smashed)
- 100 g tomato (cut into 8)
- 400 g kwetiau
- 2 s fish ketchup
- 2 s shrimp sauce
- 1 ts sugar
- 2 pc onion leaf
HOW TO COOK:
- wash the prawns. cut off the head and the tail.
- fry the garlic and put the prawn and tomato until the colours changed
- put the kwetiauw, stir it. put the fish ketchup and the shrimp sauce also sugar.
- Mixed a little bit.
- Kwetiauw seafood is ready to serve!
TIPS:
put chilli sauce if you like!
