INGREDIENTS:
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 spring onions
- 16 peeled prawns
- 1 l chicken soup stock
- 3 tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 Kaffir-lime
HOW TO COOK:
it takes about 20 minutes
- Boil the chicken soup stock in a pot.
- Cut mushroom into half, cut the spring onion into 2 cm and wash the prawns
- add lemon juice and fish sauce into the pot. stir it.
- add mushroom, spring onion and prawn. let simmer for ten minutes
- Add kaffir-lime juice
- TOM YAM GUNG is ready to serve!

TIPS:
If u want it taste spicy, put some chilli sauce about 1-2 ts.
