THAI #1 FOOD "TOM YAM GUNG"


INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 spring onions
  • 16 peeled prawns
  • 1 l chicken soup stock
  • 3 tbs lemon juice
  • 1/2 Kaffir-lime

HOW TO COOK:

it takes about 20 minutes

  1. Boil the chicken soup stock in a pot.
  2. Cut mushroom into half, cut the spring onion into 2 cm and wash the prawns
  3. add lemon juice and fish sauce into the pot. stir it.
  4. add mushroom, spring onion and prawn. let simmer for ten minutes
  5. Add kaffir-lime juice
  6. TOM YAM GUNG is ready to serve!

















TIPS:

If u want it taste spicy, put some chilli sauce about 1-2 ts.
